My name is Stephen Holliday, my passion and business is restoring books, I served a 5 year apprenticeship at the Bodleian Library in Oxford and on completing the apprenticeship continued to work in the book conservation department restoring rare manuscripts and binding for a further 2 years.

Established in 1984, I have over the years had the privilege to work on many famous collections such as Caxton and Isaac Newton and early printed books. My skills have taken me into many of the Oxford Colleges and private collectors.

As a professional Book Restorer I have many long standing clients and Societies particularly in the London area who I have carried out work for, including flood and fire restoration work.
